The DHL series corner-tube biomass boiler employs a unified pipe network that forms the complete supporting structure, designed to withstand the boiler's entire operational load without requiring additional framework - thus commonly termed as a "self-supporting boiler." This integrated piping arrangement performs dual functions as both the water circulation downpipes and the upper/lower distribution headers.

1.A pipeline system is used as the skeleton of the entire boiler, which bears all the loads of the boiler, so it is also called a frameless boiler. At the same time, this skeleton also serves as the downcomer and upper/lower headers of the boiler.

2.The boiler drum is external, the furnace is a fully enclosed membrane wall structure, and the convective heating surface adopts a flag tube structure. The corner tube boiler is widely used due to its advantages such as compact structure, low steel consumption, and fast temperature rise. This boiler has a bulk structure.
