The LHG-s series biomass coal-fired steam generator is a semi-gasification fire-tube steam generating device using biomass pellets as fuel. The boiler adopts a unique micro-positive pressure combustion technology, equipped with a double-stage economizer and an external water film dust collector, and uses a secondary air supply suspended semi-gasification combustion technology, achieving a biomass combustion efficiency of up to 99.9%. Through the multi-pass circulation design of flue gas, the heating surface area is increased by 30%, significantly improving the boiler's thermal efficiency. This biomass steam generator meets the environmental protection requirements of various regions, with no smoke and dust emissions during normal combustion. The outer shell adopts a composite thermal insulation structure of high heat-resistant fiber materials and a sealed metal casing, with full consideration given to the convenience of operation, maintenance, and repair during the design process.
