The YLW-S series biomass/coal-fired thermal oil heaters are square box-type assembled forced-circulation chain grate heaters. The heater is composed of an upper body and a lower grate, which are combined on-site. The heater uses high-quality thermal insulation materials and special construction techniques, resulting in excellent heat preservation performance. The butt welding of the heating surface pipes adopts a fully automatic gas shielded welding process and equipment, with real-time X-ray online inspection of welds, ensuring stable and reliable welding quality. Large-scale heaters are segmented and integrated for on-site assembly, featuring high integration and fast, convenient on-site installation.
